It is the intent of both the Union and the Company to ali matters in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and to maintain a harmonious relationship among all persons who have duties and responsibilities in the administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. It is the further intent that the provisions of the Agreement be carried out with fairness on the part of both the Union and the Company.
