each month for ten (10) months, beginning in September and ending in June of each year. Such dues, and voluntary political action funds shall be forwarded to the Union forthwith. Any employee who shall not perform services for any entire month of the school year shall have his/her dues reduced by one-tenth of the yearly dues for each entire month he/she did not work, except where the failure to perform services during any month was the result of the employee taking any paid leave of absence or sick leave provided for in this contract.
