This Agreement is entered into as of the 1st day of September, 2013, by the Board of Education of Cedar Springs Public Schools of Kent and Newaygo Counties, Michigan, (the “Board”) and the Cedar Springs Education Association (the “Association”), which is affiliated with the Michigan Education Association (the "MEA”), and the National Education Association, (the “NEA”).
