The Agreement covers all SIKA CORPORATION Bargaining Unit Employees. For ease in reference, provisions specific to the 7-Day Work Force have been separated. This is not intended to create a separate contract for the 7 day employees and should not be interpreted as such. All other provisions of the contract with the exception of those specifically stated, apply equally to both the 5 Day Week Employees and the 7 Day Week Employees.
