Contract Type FiledSeptember 27th, 2021not exceed ninety (90) additional working days. On completion of this probationary period, an employee’s seniority shall be retroactive to date of hire. From time to time during the probationary period, a probationary review will be conducted by the General Manager of his/her designate with the employee at which point he/she will assess the employee’s performance towards becoming a non-probationary employee including identifying any areas in the employee’s performance that requires development and/or appropriate action. During the probationary period, or extension thereof, the employee may be dismissed for unsuitability.
