THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH FLORIDA, BOARD OF TRUSTEES, hereinafter referred to as the “TRUSTEES” or the “UNIVERSITY” and COASTAL FLORIDA POLICE BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION, INC., hereinafter referred to as the “CFPBA.” It is the intent and purpose of this AGREEMENT to assure sound and mutually beneficial working and economic relationships between the parties hereto; to provide a full agreement between the parties concerning rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and any other terms or conditions of employment; and to provide a peaceful means of resolving any differences or disputes which may arise. There shall be no individual arrangement or agreement contrary to the terms herein provided. Either party hereto shall be entitled to require specific performance of the provisions of this Agreement.
