An annual agreement to provide classroom supply items, (sixty-nine (69) items bid; sixty-nine (69) awarded) as stocked and distributed by the Central Warehouse for schools throughout the District. Items will be purchased on an as needed basis to replenish the Central Warehouse inventory. Bid award(s) to the lowest bidder(s) meeting specifications. In cases where the low bidder(s) were not awarded, a sample was not submitted for evaluation and/or failed quality testing and/or had minimum buy requirements and higher administrative costs.
