Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation, through its Population Health Research Institute with offices at 237 Barton Street East, Hamilton, ON L8L 2X2 Canada (“PHRI”), and between Ustredni Vojenská Nemocnice-Vojenska Fakultní Nemocnice Praha with its principal place of business at U Vojenské nemocnice 1200, Prague, 16902, Czech Republic (hereinafter the "Institution”), enact this Amendment (“Amendment 2”) effective as of the date of its publication in the register of contracts (“Amendment 2 Effective Date”). Capitalized terms used in this Amendment but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement, as hereinafter defined.
