This agreement is the result of collegial negotiations involving administrative representatives of the Redwoods Community College District and faculty representatives of the College of the Redwoods Faculty Organization. Working as a single team, these representatives participated in many hours of formal negotiation over a period of eight months conducted according to the California Foundation for Improvement of Employer-Employee Relations (CFIER) principles of interest- based collective bargaining. The negotiation team wishes to acknowledge the efforts of everyone involved in making this agreement possible.
