Offers to purchase the Units solicited by the Agent will be subject to acceptance by the Corporation and to the requirements of any applicable Securities Laws (as defined below) or other applicable laws. The Corporation will have the sole right to accept offers to purchase Units and reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify the offer made pursuant to the Prospectus and may, in its absolute discretion, reject any proposed purchase of Units, in whole or in part.
