Contract Type FiledSeptember 14th, 2017This Second Addendum to the Development Agreement dated June 6, 2017, as amended by the First Addendum to the Development Agreement dated July 27, 2017 (together, the “Agreement”) is made this 19th day of September, 2017, by and between the City of East Lansing (the “City”), the City of East Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (the “ELBRA”), the Downtown Development Authority of the City of East Lansing (the “DDA”), and 100 Grand River LLC and 341 Evergreen LLC (collectively, the “Developer”) (the “Second Addendum”) is hereby made a part of the Agreement. The terms used in this Second Addendum shall have the same meaning as in the Agreement, except as expressly modified in this Second Addendum.
