This Agreement is made and entered into in accordance with the provisions of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, by and between, Centurion Air Cargo, Inc., or its subsidiaries or its affiliates or those connected with it, hereinafter known as the "Company" or "CAC" and the Crewmembers, Co-Crewmembers and Flight Engineers known as the "Crewmembers" in the service of the Company as represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, herein known as the "Union."
