Rio Algom Mining LLC (RAML) is writing to request an extension of time relating to the May 9, 2016 Stipulated Consent Agreement (SCA) between RAML and the Director (Director) of the Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) for the Lisbon Facility. For reference, the SCA is included with this letter as Attachment A. RAML requests a one year extension, to August 31, 2018, of the deadline to submit a draft final report of the findings as described in Part 2.6 and Appendix H of the December 3, 2015 Work Plan. RAML provides the following clarifying information to assist in your decision process.
