Part 1b (2011), into whether AEM and Trans La violated provisions of the Commission’s open-access transportation program, which entailed the competitive bidding requirements for long-term, discounted rate capacity releases set forth at 18 C.F.R. § 284.8 (2009), the shipper-must-have-title requirement, and 18 C.F.R. § 1c.1 (2011).

Rio Algom Mining LLC (RAML) is writing to request an extension of time relating to the May 9, 2016 Stipulated Consent Agreement (SCA) between RAML and the Director (Director) of the Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) for the Lisbon Facility. RAML requests a one year extension, to August 31, 2018, of the deadline to submit a draft final report of the findings as described in Part 2.6 and Appendix H of the December 3, 2015 Work Plan.
