This DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (together with the Exhibits attached hereto, the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the day of , 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Town of Mount Pleasant, a political subdivision of the State of South Carolina (the “Town”), Patriots Point Development Authority, a body politic and corporate under the laws of the State of South Carolina (the “PPDA”), and Patriots Annex, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (“Patriots Annex”, individually, and together with the PPDA, the “Developer”). The Town and the Developer parties are sometimes separately referred to in this Agreement as a “Party” or jointly referred to as the “Parties.”
