Each League Member must turn into MAYFL a field use agreement at the time of submission of its membership application, and it shall be given to the Football Commissioner. The field use agreement must be signed by the League Member's authorized representative and the person responsible for the field. No home games will be scheduled at a field location for which MAYFL does not have on file a signed field use agreement.
