The UG Property is generally depicted on Exhibit 5. Prior to closing of the UG Property, Developer shall obtain a survey of the UG Property and the legal description set forth thereon shall be the legal description of the UG Property for all purposes set forth in this Agreement and shall be attached hereto as Exhibit 6. Together, the UG Property and the SVV Site shall be referred to herein as the "Site"; a consolidated map of the Site is attached as Exhibit 7.
