Capitalized terms used in this Warrant Agreement and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Common Stock Purchase Warrant (as defined below). In the event a capitalized term used herein is defined in both this Warrant Agreement and the Common Stock Purchase Warrant, the meaning given to such term in the Common Stock Purchase Warrant shall control.
