WHEREAS the undersigned applicant (the “Applicant”) wishes to apply for a Locked-In Retirement Account (hereinafter referred to as the “Income Fund”) maintained by Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union (the “Depositary”), wherein the Depositary will receive and hold funds governed by the Employment Pension Plans Act, SA 2012, c E-81 (the “Act”) and the Employment Pension Plans Regulations, AR 154/2014 (the “Regulation”).
