Before a patient can be fit with contact lenses, a complete eye examination is necessary. This exam is critical to assure the good health of your eyes to allow contact lens wear; as well as determining an accurate current prescription. The contact lens fitting is not part of a complete eye exam, but is an additional service. If you have vision insurance, this service may be covered in whole or in part.
