is the desire of the above mentioned parties to co-operate and work harmoniously together in their interest in the operation of the plants. It is their desire to provide orderly for collective bargaining, orderly procedure for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and for the maintenance of mutually satisfactory hours of work, wages and working conditions in the plants.
