This Agreement is in effect from the 1st day of July 2021 by and between the Board of Directors on behalf of South Lane School District 45J3, Lane County, Oregon, herein called "Board" or "District" and OSEA Cottage Grove Chapter 32, herein called "Association." This document replaces in its entirety the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Board and the Association for the period through June 30, 2024. This contract shall remain in effect until June 30, 2024.
