THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this by and between the State of Montana, Department of Revenue, Liquor Warehouse, (hereinafter referred to as the "EMPLOYER) and the Montana Federation of Public Employees (hereinafter referred to as the "FEDERATION ") for the purpose of promoting and improving understanding between the Employer, its employees, and the Federation , relative to: Employer- employee relationships; conditions of employment; and to provide a means of amicable and equitable adjustment of any and all differences or grievances which may arise.
