If the Cat has not been spayed or neutered as of the date of this contract, I agree to adopt the Cat upon such time as the Cat is spayed or neutered by CP’s veterinarians. Half of the adoption fee (“First Installment”) will be collected on the initial date of the contract and such adoption will be finalized, when the Cat is spayed or neutered, by my payment of the second half (“Second Installment”) of the adoption fee to CP.
