In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration George C. Marshall Space Flight Center, located at Marshall Space Flight Center, AL 35812 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA MSFC") and THE BOEING COMPANY located at 499 Boeing Blvd, PO Box 240002, Huntsville, AL 35824-6402 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "BOEING"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
