This Agreement is made and entered into between Sumner-Bonney Lake School District No. 320 (hereinafter "District"), and theInternational Union of Operating Engineers, Local 302 (hereinafter "Union"). The SBLSD understands the tremendous value of the maintenance and diesel technician departments. They are integral to ensuring a safe and productive learning and work environment functioning for students, employees, and visitors.
