SALARY DEFERRAL AGREEMENT UNDER SECTION 403(b)Salary Deferral Agreement • December 3rd, 2014
This Agreement shall be legally binding and irrevocable for both the College and the Employee while employment in an eligible position continues. However, either party may terminate or otherwise modify this Agreement as of the end of any pay period by giving at least thirty days written notice so that this Agreement will not apply to salary subsequently paid. Changes will go in to effect as soon as administratively practicable.
