Pursuant to policy set forth in Chapter 71, Title 5, U.S. Code and subject to all existing or future applicable statutes and regulations issued by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Department of Labor, the Department of Agriculture and the Forest Service, and to agreements and amendments that may be negotiated at a later date, the following articles constitute an agreement made in good faith, by and between the Weber Basin and Columbia Basin Civilian Conservation Centers, hereinafter referred to as "Management", and Local 3284, American Federation of Government Employees, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Union".
