Glynn County has an agreement in place with the Ware County Board of Education to provide refuge in the event a hurricane or other disaster that may cause the partial or full evacuation of local government employees and their families. Glynn County has had to use these facilities in the recent past. While this agreement is currently in place, by signing this current agreement it will update, signatures and dates to continue to participate in this valuable memorandum of understanding. It is Staff’s recommendation that this updated agreement, be signed by all parties and kept on file in case of future need during disasters.
