This AGREEMENT entered into this May 2019 by and between the School Committee of the Town of Winchester, hereinafter called the “Employer” and the Winchester School Education Support Professionals’ Association, hereinafter called “The Association”. The Committee and the Association agree that the purpose of this Agreement is to promote harmonious labor relations and that each member of the Association and of the Committee shall be treated with dignity and respect.
