WHEREAS all of the employees of the Company have become members of Local Lodge No. of the Union, and desire the Union to represent them for the purpose of Bargaining Collectively with the Company; and the Company having acknowledged the right of its employees to select a Collective Bargaining Agency is desirous of Bargaining Collectively with its employees through the said Union.
