The parties agree to the attached agreed to items as the terms of the Memorandum of Settlement constituting full settlement of all matters in dispute for negotiations between the parties for the renewal of the Collective Agreement that expired March The former Collective Agreement shall continue in effect, but be amended by the items attached hereto, subject only to ratification of the respective parties principles. The date of ratification will be date the Union ratifies the Memorandum of Settlement.
