THE MOODY’S FOUNDATION GRANT AGREEMENT

All grant funds must be expended for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”). This grant is made only for the purposes stated in the grant proposal and the accompanying budget. Grant funds, as well as any interest earned thereon, may not be expended for any other purpose without the prior written approval of the Foundation. It is also understood that the funds will be used substantially in accordance with the terms of your grant proposal and budget. Any funds not expended or committed for the purposes of the grant in accordance with the terms of this Agreement must be returned to the Foundation.
