This Software License Subscription Agreement (this “*Agreement*”) is a legal agreement between the entity by whom you are employed, or whom you represent (“*Customer*”), and InfluxData Inc. (“*InfluxData*”), regarding the use of the InfluxData software identified in a “Sales Order” (defined below) to this Agreement, and InfluxData’s provision of related services for the software.
