This agreement sets out the arrangements and requirements by which Any Centre DofE Centre will operate the DofE under the Licenced Organisation (LO) as granted to Hampshire County Council (HCC) by the National DofE Office. This certification of the DofE Centre clearly states the expectations from both the Centre and the Licenced Organisation.
