This Alliance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the date of the last party’s signature (“the Effective Date”), by and between the University of Maryland Global Campus (“UMGC”) and Northern Virginia Community College (“NOVA”) who together are collectively referred to as the “Institutions.” This Agreement replaces the Alliance Agreement entered into between the Institutions on November 4, 2011.
