The parties agree that there will be no discrimination, interference, restraint or coercion exercised or practised by either of them or their representatives or members with respect to any employee because of his race, colour, nationality, sex, sexual orientation or on account of religious or political affiliations. or because of his membership or non-membership in the Union.
