THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of , 2023 by and between the Spokane Regional Emergency Communications, a Public Development Authority created pursuant to RCW 35.21.730-759 (hereinafter “PROVIDER”) and the City of Cheney, (hereinafter, “RECIPIENT”). Collectively, they shall be referred to as “the PARTIES”.
