DBA Kindred Hospital San Diego, generally referred to herein as the “Employer” or the “Hospital” and the National Union of Healthcare Workers, generally referred to herein as the “Union” or “NUHW,” is intended to promote harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union, to establish an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences, and to establish rates of pay, hours of work, and other terms and conditions of employment.
