This agreement is made and entered into as of January 8, 2023 by and between The Community Health Centers of Burlington (“CHC” or the “Employer”) and Community Health United, AFT VT, AFL-CIO (“CHU” or the “Union”). The terms “bargaining unit employee,” “employee,” and “employees” used in this agreement shall refer to the employees in the bargaining unit set forth in Article 101.
