This Agreement, along with any other documents we give to you, is the contract of deposit, which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Membership and Account(s) offered to you. In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who sign the Master Membership and Account Application Card or Subsequent Account Card (“Account Card”) or approve an electronic application. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the Northwest Community Credit Union (“Credit Union”). The word “account” means any one or more deposit accounts you have with the Credit Union.
