The following is the negotiated agreement between the Valley Falls Education Association (hereinafter called “the Association” or “the VFEA”) and the Board of Education, Unified School District No. 338, Jefferson County, Kansas (hereinafter called “the Board” or “the BOE”). Said agreement shall become effective upon being duly ratified by a majority of all educators and by the Board of the school district and shall be effective from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.
