This Agreement is made and entered into this 7 t hday of April 2016 by and between DynCorp International (hereinafter also referred to as the Company) and Aeronautical Industrial District Lodge 776 International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO, (hereinafter referred to as the Union). The term “Company” as used throughout this Agreement refers only to the Engine Regional Repair Center (ERRC) at Laughlin AFB and the workers represented by the Union.
