co-operate and work harmoniously together in promoting their mutual interest in the operation of the plants. It is their desire to provide orderly procedure for collective bargaining, orderly procedure for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and for the maintenance of mutually satisfactory hours of work, wages and working conditions in the plants.
