This First Addendum to the Development Agreement (“Agreement”) dated June 6, 2017 is made this 27th day of July, 2017, by and between the City of East Lansing (the “City”), the City of East Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (the “ELBRA”), the Downtown Development Authority of the City of East Lansing (the “DDA”), and 100 Grand River LLC and 341 Evergreen LLC (collectively, the “Developer”) (“First Addendum”) is hereby made a part of the Agreement. The terms used in this First Addendum shall have the same meaning as in the Agreement, except as expressly modified in the First Addendum.
