This document describes the terms under which Xafinity will do business with financial adviser firms with respect to the Xafinity SIPP and SimplySIPP. We reserve the right to refuse to accept business from financial adviser firms, for example if we believe, with reason, that the firm has materially failed to fulfil its responsibilities.
