RESOLUTIONProjects Agreement • June 5th, 2017
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Tulsa County, Oklahoma (hereinafter called the "County"), and the Tulsa County Public Facilities Authority, an Oklahoma public trust (hereinafter called the "Authority"), entered into a certain Projects Agreement (hereinafter called the "Agreement"), dated December 1, 2011, whereby the County agrees to make payments to the Authority in amounts sufficient to pay when due principal and interest on the Authority' s $9,860,000 Capital Improvements Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2011 and other obligations of the Authority therein described as therein provided; and
