THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of January 19, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and among the CITY OF WICHITA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Kansas (the “City”), CNP2 REAL ESTATE, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (“CNP2”), PLAZZIO LAND COMPANY, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (“PLC”), and VENTURE SEVEN DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (“Venture Seven”). The City, CNP2, PLC and Venture are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each a “Party.” CNP2, PLC, and Venture are each a “Developer” and collectively the “Developers.”
