Contract Type FiledNovember 19th, 2020 JurisdictionTHIS AGREEMENT is made by and between Dr. Kathleen “Kathy” Hinz (“Superintendent”) and the Board of Education (“Board”) of Community Consolidated School District 47, Crystal Lake, McHenry County, Illinois (“School District”) pursuant to a motion approved at a meeting of the Board held on March 19, 2018. This Agreement constitutes a successor performance based employment contract entered into during the term of an existing, predecessor performance based employment contract. In accordance with the provisions of Section 10-23.8 of the School Code of Illinois [105 ILCS 5/10-23.8], the Superintendent and the Board confirm and acknowledge that the Superintendent has met all the performance and improvement goals contained in her current employment contract.
