PERFORMANCE BASED SUPERINTENDENT’S CONTRACT
Performance Based Superintendent’s Contract • November 19th, 2020 • Illinois

THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between Dr. Kathleen “Kathy” Hinz (“Superintendent”) and the Board of Education (“Board”) of Community Consolidated School District 47, Crystal Lake, McHenry County, Illinois (“School District”) pursuant to a motion approved at a meeting of the Board held on March 19, 2018. This Agreement constitutes a successor performance based employment contract entered into during the term of an existing, predecessor performance based employment contract. In accordance with the provisions of Section 10-23.8 of the School Code of Illinois [105 ILCS 5/10-23.8], the Superintendent and the Board confirm and acknowledge that the Superintendent has met all the performance and improvement goals contained in her current employment contract. In exchange for the mutual promises hereby given, the Board and the Superintendent agree as follows:

THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between the Board of Education (the “Board”) of LaGrange Highlands School District Number 106, Cook County, Illinois (the “School District”) and John Munch. This Performance Based Superintendent’s Contract hereby replaces and supersedes any contract of employment currently in effect between the Board and Superintendent as of the commencement date of this Contract set forth in paragraph 1. This Agreement constitutes a successor administrative performance-based employment Contract entered into during the term of an existing, predecessor administrative performance-based employment contract. In accordance with 105 ILCS 5/10-23.8 of the Illinois School Code, the Board and Superintendent confirm and acknowledge that the Superintendent has met the goals and indicators of student performance and academic achievement, as stated in the predecessor contract. In consideration of the mutual promises herein contained, the Board and Mr. Munch agree as follows:
